Store refusing to take my loyalty number for gas.
No help for normal paying customers through this company. Loyalty Rewards not appreciated for regular customers. The store was horrible but trying to report and get the issue resolved has been even worse.

On June 6, 2025 around 8:53 in the morning I fill out our gas from Texaco located at 12307 Dallas, TX 75243. After filling out gas, I saw my car was having starting problem.
I called a mobile mechanic to look at my car. After observing the car by the mechanic, he told me that your car has a bad fuel.
I went to the Texar fuel station again and informed them about the problem, but the guy who was working told me that you need to come back the Saturday or Sunday morning to talk to the manager . The next morning, I talk to the manager, but he told me that I need to inform the Corp. office regarding this issue.
I requested him to fix my car if possible ASAP .
But he told me he cannot do anything and thats why I initiated a claim and emailed the main office. Since I needed my car because this is the only car I have that I am taking to my job and is the only source of income for me and my family so I took my car to the mechanic to fix it.
The mechanic has confirmed that the car was having bad fuel containing water and due to that fuel has a starting problem.
Now I have fixed my car and I have all the receipts in my hand . I will send all the receipts as attachment..
Please see all the attachments in tech action as soon as possible .

The Texaco employee at the hurricane ut branch was rude,
In 2 weeks, stop at the Hurricane UT branch to put gas. The first 2 visits, I didn't get any receipt; maybe the machine was out of paper or didn't work.
But the 3rd time, I decided to go inside to get my receipt.
He told me the machine works. I said, 'No, this is the third time and I didn't get any receipt.' I said, 'You need to go and check that.' He told me, 'If you don't like it, don't come to this gas station.' I said, 'No, you need to do your job and go and check that.' He was rude.

Wife was treated like a piece of crap at Texaco at Josey and Frankford. Gas wouldn't shut off at full, no receipt, and the employee gave her bad phone numbers.

Never works . Cant sign in , cant change password , account locks , just rubbish . Dont go near it unless you want pure frustration.

i tried again transaction declined . okay i went to hotspot to get gas . my card will not work now texaco has a pending hold as if i had gotten fuel and used my card ! i didnt get fuel
transaction did not go threw and second try was declined !
that was thursday night its now sunday and still i have no balance available on my card ! really if it was not for someone
i had known at hotspot i would have no gas and be fired from my job for no way to get to work at the texaco gas station.
! fix this issue please i now completely understand pissed off customers this is bullshitcustomer service immediately

Bathrooms still nasty and only 1 available Greyhound bus stop.Some passengers are left stranded in the middle of noy
Nasty store and never any lottery tickets only 1 bathrooms available very poor customer service when trying to call in a complaint.This store is also a grey hound bus station where travelers are often left bye bus and have to spend the night in the woods.I love locally and it's very disgusting to local people

Verified ReviewerI was accused of stealing at this texaco after I browsed through the sunglasses even though he's seen me with the sunglasses I already had on and came into the store with on more than one occasion.
After he figured out I hadn't tried to steal from the store he moved onto the way he was saying things, like he refused to hear himself pronounce two of the same word differently and demanded a symbolic submission toward him based on "the fact" that he was wider than me.

The employee off of south main in tomball Texas refused and had an attitude stating they are not allowed to give what number a lottery ticket is on this is not true as I am a store leader at 7-11 another gas company and we do all the time the guy was very rude and made a comment towards me and was very aggressive and asking what number a lottery ticket is on is not against policy this is how u lose customers very bad

When I joined the rewards program, I asked the rep on the phone if I would lose my reward points if I didn't use them for a while. He said no.
I have not used my reward points and they have decreased from 1.00 to 50 cents. Why?

I have tried to redeem $1 off per gallon reward at several premium Texaco gas station unsuccessfully!! Tried pre-pay in app, pay at pump AND in store which has been most frustrating of alllll!!
I have begged and pleaded with store employees for assistance and every single time I (literally) get dear in headlights stare and shoulder shrug! This is best case as most in store staff react as if I am clueless and trying to scam them.
To add insult to injury, when swiping at pump or prepay in app an authorization for $175-$200 is held on my card for 12 days!!! Is that even legal!?!?!

Preferred solution: FIX IT! Do not advertise offers that stores are NOT ABLE to honor. Also WHY would a pre-auth on my card be held for 12 DAYS!?!? When no purchase made!?!?!?!?!,!!!!!!!!

Verified ReviewerWent to Texaco in Westminster, SC on Monday 2-12-24. Returned bad milk. Service girl was extremely rude and unhelpful. We spend weekly amounts of large money here for gas and groceries.
The fat tatooed woman made my husband feel like a criminal asking for our money back! They were out of gallons and he had to get half gallon as it was.
(Ridiculous 4.50 for a half anyway).
We are NOT going back to this Texaco again!! There are 3 up the street with very pleasant sales people!!!

They said that there was no Chinese guy working. It doesnt matter what color he was he didnt. He took my money and didnt give it back to me.
An accident that happened there on Ferguson Road in Dallas Texas
I was at Texaco oh Ferguson Rd. and Highway 30 and Dallas Texas.
Exit the building and just walk off to my car in a field or something like a piece of urn caught my shoe and I fell to the ground. I have tried to contact the station but cannot get a number my name is Regina Taylor.
