They always seem to overcharge me and started asking for itemized receipts and still they continue to keep doing it. Today was $5.00 on a lottery ticket I caught before I left. The other times I checked the receipts when I returned home as many seem to have an extra item. Its been going on a long time a few years at least. I stopped going there for about a year, but is the most convenient for me. I suspect they do it routinely as I keep catching them, though once Im out the door they say they cant help me. Lack of Covid 19 precautions

On Thursday afternoon about 4 p.m. I filled up with gas, used the bathroom and made a small purchase at the Texaco Service Station on Route 6 and near the junction of I-15 in Spanish Fork, Utah. The Texaco personnel were not taking any precautions against the spread of Covid 19. Neither wore masks nor directed any of the unmasked patrons to wear masks. When I questioned the young woman behind the counter about not wearing masks, she just laughed. Do something please! Thank you for your time. Ed Lipton edmaggie@***.com

Went to Texaco service station on San Felipe and Voss in Houston , Texas. I didnt realize that I stopped at full service pump. I was happy since we almost dont find this anywhere anymore. So the guy fill up my tank with premium gaz at 3.099/gallon and wipe my windshield and my back window. I was charged 65.32$ for 14 gallons. As I was leaving, I realized it didnt make sense. I should have been charged around 46$. So I went in and asked if there was a mistake. No, he said the price is 4.099/gal with service. 1$/ gallon for service to pump and wipe the window !!!! 14$ in my case. Thats a rip-off. I felt I was robbed. Please note that there is no indication that the price is 4.099$/ gal. I checked, couldnt find any. Never going back ever.

Your cashier at the Texaco location that is located off IH 35 and New Braunfels was a very this disrespectful gentleman. He used vulgar language to me when I confronted him and reminded him of the disrespectful event that happened prior to that evening. He then continue to be very disrespectful to me as a woman and obliged to me, F word to leave. I was inquiring and would like to know if this is a new policy that has been introduced to your cashiers as part of their new training, as welcoming way to greet customers, if so I was unaware of your new policy and will be gladly not returning to your company ever again. Have reason to believe your station at5010 Rittiman Rd. San Antonio, Tx has a card reader on one or more of your pumps! Have had both my bank card and one of my credit cards compromised recently !

Went into more details earlier, The reason I suspect that station is it was the most recent place I used both cards that were compromised! My name is Everett Roan and my email is eroan@***.net Wasn't sure who to contact, didn't want to alert the people inside as I wasn't sure who was involved! Wanted to call the regional manager but couldn't locate phone number!

Rudely Treated by Employee

I was at the Texaco in Meridian, MS today located @ 1121 HWY 39. I had $5 to my name (tough times) and saw a poster on window for .99 33 oz soda..so I asked for 4 in gas and got a 22 oz cup since I thought it would be cheaper. This person behind the counter, NOT the cashier, jumped my case b/c the 22ox was 1.29 and I asked if I could get the 33oz for $1 instead. She yelled, YOU ALREADY MESSED THAT CUP UP!!" Then started talking about me to another employee!!! I just bought my gas and left. I called another Texaco to see who I could talk to about a complaint and SHE HUNG UP IN MY FACE! I think these employees know that there is nobody to complain to so they can keep treating customers the way they want with no repercussions. If you know what I can do, please let me know! P.S. There are other complaints about this same store on internet!

Substandard service

On 09/01/20 at about 11:00am I dropped in to the Texaco in Stonewall Ms for an Ice Tea. No unsweet tea so I chose a PowerAde from the cooler that had a sign next to it for $1.69.

When I arrived at the checkout I was charged $1.99 - paid it - went to the cooler and pulled the sale tag and put it on the cashiers counter.

She then told me not to come back into her store and then her husband/boyfriend threatened me with bodily harm. Having served in VietNam for 2 years and a 20 year 100% disabled veteran of 2 wars, - I would give him less than 20 seconds of remaining life if he took one step toward me.

I would have just chalked this up to one having a bad day but the attitude and threat is just not appropriate in my new home state.

I give you 72 hours to return or acknowledge this email or I will do the standard "tell 10 of my bad service at the Stonewall Texaco" 1) a preacher 2) 3 teachers from the local middle school 3) A teacher from the local elementary school 4) a manager of a competing business 5) a Real Estate Appraiser 6) An executive from the local Coca Cola distribution company (ergo the PowerAde), several Realtors and many more than I know personally.

Many times management can get by with a slap on the wrist, others with a stern letter but being caught redhanded overcharging then blaming AND threatening a customer is past what a major brand name should put up with.

I shopped at the Texaco I was robbed at for over 15yrs. I have high standards and clearly better morals and respect for other races even tho Black people are demonized as if were the ones in history books being nothing worth discussing.

Why do everyone mistreat the race that clearly is Americas victims across the spectrum.The Arab guy who stole my money from my debit card by repeatedly telling me my card declined when I was only purchasing 2 items worth 3 bucks. I called my card in front of him to show him how he was stealing money from me by taking 80 cent, 50 cent at a time when clearly I went into the store with 3 bucks on my card. He got loud and tried to make it seem like I was getting loud in which I corrected him. Black people are well equipped on tactics thats approved toward us.

I am so sick of being mistreated when In reality Black people are the most humble and better grade of human existence who could never stoop to other races well known tacky behavior and be mean to one group of people who has hurt our sheer will to live against the predators that will never be in the same league as the black race who continues to break barriers and keep it legit by setting examples on how to have class and not pick up a BRICK AND GO BUST OUT THAT ARABS CAR WINDOW ON GENTRY HERE IN TYLER TX. I went to see had my money been refunded in which he was still rude. Im done and hes the store owner who has sexually harassed me by asking do I like big *** And enough is enough of being held down by other foreign money laundering heartless unequal bastards. I reached out to Texaco and nothing has been done.

Fraud was committed against me and its TIME TO BE A MAN AND HANDLE THE UNJUST SITUATION MYSELF. He got the wrong black soldier who is over Americas racist unheard of *** Black people not even thinking bout nobody but our mimicked copied studied culture everybody love but hate the group that set the tone without one single hate symbol toward the real racists who locks their doors as if we hung them from trees.

Not opening on time

That is a fax. 2223 Lockhill Selma road, San Antonio. The store is supposed to open up at 5 this morning. The hours are posted on the window. I went to the store at 5:48 a.m. and the store still was not open. This store never opens on time. The clock on the wall is 10 minutes fast. Thus, if you show up at 10 minutes before closing you are in trouble for shopping at the last minute.
